Raymond among our team as our new Director of Strategic Sales in North America!
His experience and knowledge will be a great asset to Inaxsys! We cannot wait
for you to meet him during the upcoming ISC West in Las Vegas in March!
Luke has been in the industry for
over 18 years and started while still at Concordia University in 2001. He
believes that in order to succeed one must live by the work hard-play hard
rule, and this has been his philosophy all of his life. Whether he was working
50-60 hours a week while doing full-time University during the day or running
Interlogix for all of Canada and working 14-16 hours per day, he had always
found the time to train body and soul. He Cycles during the summer, did a race
in Mont Tremblant, Snowboard in Winter, does Yoga 3 times per week and hit the
gym 2-3 times per week as well. Any time that he is not exercising or working
he spent his time with his family.
This work hard play hard ideal
also bleeds into his interactions with customers. He is always available for
his partners 24-7 and will go out of his way to ensure that they have the
service and the support that they need. It is through this sort of partnership
that they all succeed together. The play hard portion helps to build strong
relationships as well. Partners become friends through after work interactions.
Whether it is going for a drink, cycling together, or taking customers out for
dinner, relationship building with our partners creates tighter bonds and helps
to build confidence in each other.
