The Protege DIN Rail 16 Input Expander is designed for seamless integration with the Protege system, providing up to 16 inputs for advanced monitoring and automation. The expander supports any combination of normally closed or normally open inputs, which can be individually configured to suit specific needs. Additionally, it provides a four-state input alarm, capable of detecting short, alarm, closed, and tamper conditions using resistors.
