Inaxsys and
Suprema Partnership
The
integration module by Suprema allows seamless interoperability between
Suprema's biometric access control systems and the Arkiv PSIM platform,
facilitating the creation of security systems empowered by Inaxsys technology.
These systems consolidate diverse hardware into a unified software interface.
With a
unified security platform, administrators gain the ability to manage entire
groups of facilities, assign access schedules, promptly restrict access to
specific areas, monitor real-time events, and more.
Arkiv PSIM
supports the creation of fingerprint templates, assignment of these templates
to users, deployment to devices, assignment of access levels, access cards, and
schedules to users, as well as deployment to devices.
Devices
currently integrated with Arkiv PSIM include:
BioEntry W2
serves as a fingerprint access control device. It features an industry-leading
1.2 GHz quad-core CPU and employs live finger detection technology. Housed in a
rugged IP67/IK09 casing with an elegant metal finish, BioEntry W2 presents an
ideal access control solution for challenging environments and outdoor
installations.
XPass
functions as a multi-smart-card reader with options available for reading HID
Prox, 125 kHz EM, and Mifare (13.56 MHz, ISO14443A) cards. Its IP65 ingress
protection ensures reliable outdoor usage. Installation is simplified with
Power over Ethernet (PoE), 2 TTL inputs, and a built-in lock relay. XPass
offers card-based security.
The Secure
I/O module encrypts signals over RS-485 between Suprema IP readers and door
actuators, reducing the potential for intruders to directly damage door locks.
This module includes an additional relay output, and its logic can be
configured using BioStar software. The Secure I/O module can be installed in
close proximity to a door to reinforce vulnerable access points.
FaceStation
2 stands as the most advanced face recognition terminal. Equipped with
Suprema's latest face recognition algorithm and a leading-edge 1.4 GHz
quad-core CPU, it delivers the world's fastest matching speed of up to 3,000
match/sec. A single unit of FaceStation 2 can accommodate up to 30,000 users,
store 50,000 face image logs, and retain 5,000,000 text logs. With Suprema's patented
optic engineering, FaceStation 2 achieves up to 25,000 lx of operating
illuminance, ensuring reliable performance regardless of lighting conditions.
BioStation
2 serves as a biometric reader featuring an IP65 certified weatherproof
exterior. It combines a robust processor, Suprema's next-generation optical
sensor, and an improved fingerprint sensing and capturing algorithm. The device
can manage up to 1,000,000 fingerprint templates, allowing for a maximum of
500,000 users.
XPass 2
serves as a compact outdoor RFID reader that utilizes Suprema's
state-of-the-art RFID technology and a versatile multi-hardware platform.
Supporting multiple form factors including mullion type, gang box type, and
gang box keypad type, it offers seamless installation in diverse environments.
XPass 2 is equipped with dual-frequency (125 kHz/13.56 MHz) RFID technology and
can read mobile cards using NFC and BLE, the latest mobile communication
technologies. Designed with rugged IP65/IP67-rated dust and waterproof
performance, as well as an IK08-rated vandal-proof structure, XPass 2 is
specifically designed for demanding environments and outdoor installations.
CoreStation
acts as an intelligent door controller that harnesses the power of
biometric-enabled security within a centralized access control system. Designed
for enterprise-level systems, the CoreStation controller can handle up to
500,000 users, boasting an impressive fingerprint matching speed of up to
400,000 match/sec. With its high performance, biometric readiness, and Ethernet
communication, CoreStation offers the full range of features provided by the
BioStar2 platform.
BioEntry P2
is a compact fingerprint access control device that incorporates Suprema's
next-generation biometric technology and security platform. It delivers
exceptional performance and security, thanks to the latest Suprema fingerprint
algorithm combined with a powerful 1.0 GHz CPU. Packaged in a sleek
mullion-type design, BioEntry P2 offers enhanced system design flexibility
through multi-card reading with dual-frequency RFID card technology.
The Suprema
Integration Module seamlessly integrates events and alarms from Suprema access
control systems, including Access Granted, Access Denied, Door Forced Open, and
Access Violations, among others. These events or systems can trigger various
actions within the video surveillance system powered by Arkiv VMS or Arkiv
PSIM. These actions encompass moving PTZ cameras to specific presets or through
camera tours, displaying video from one or multiple cameras on the operator's
PC, initiating high-quality camera recording, and more.
