How it works
Step 1:
Once you are on the phone with an Inaxsys Expert, you will be directed back to this Page. You will need to click on the button below to install the remote-assistance tool.
Step 2:
You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
Step 3:
You will be required to supply your ID in the remote viewer window and than your Inaxsys Expert will be able to assist you from his workstation.
Step 4:
Remember, even if our Expert can control your screen with this tool, you still have full control of your workstation. You can end the screen-sharing session at any time just by closing the window.
